Building Performance Solutions LLC is an environmental testing & consulting firm specializing in indoor air quality and building science. The founder, Anthony Lenard, has lived in Florida his entire life and understands the challenges of Florida’s tropical climate. Anthony has been in the Air Conditioning/Restoration industry for over 20 years. As a state-licensed AC contractor, he can look at the entire envelope (home or building structure) to get a better understanding of the potential issues or risks with the indoor environment.
He also holds the ASCS (Air System Cleanings Specialist), VSMR (Ventilation System Mold Remediator), and CVI (Certified Ventilation Inspector) certifications from NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association). Anthony has worked alongside remediation companies on both large and small-scale projects for the county, country clubs, churches, offices, boys and girls clubs, hospitals, and doctors’ offices.
While owning a successful Air Conditioning/Air Duct cleaning company, Anthony learned that having empathy for his clients was what made his company so successful. According to Anthony, when it comes to environmental concerns it is extremely important to communicate with your clients and have a clear understanding of their concerns. You must be able to put yourself in their shoes, especially if they have a loved one living with them that is immune-compromised.
